Job Description Company: ELYAD GROUP PTY LTD Role: Technical Sales Representatives Position: Full Time Permanent Salary: $ 80,000 to 90,000 / annum, plus 12% super Location: VICTORIA 3061 Role: Represent International Windows in promoting and selling its range of technical window and related building products and services to commercial, construction and other business clients.

JOB DUTIES OF SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial and trade channels, promoting the company's custom-manufactured aluminium windows, doors, fly screens and security doors to homeowners, builders, developers, architects and commercial clients.

Conduct in office inspections and consultations to assess client requirements, take precise measurements, and recommend suitable window and door configurations based on structural, aesthetic, budget and performance needs.

Advise clients on the comparative building performance of the company's glazing options — including standard double glazing, triple glazing and thermally broken aluminium framing systems — explaining how each affects thermal insulation, energy efficiency, condensation control and long-term running costs.

Promote and explain the benefits of Low-E (low-emissivity) glass coatings to clients seeking improved thermal performance, reduced heat transfer and lower heating/cooling costs, recommending the appropriate glazing specification for each project's climate exposure and orientation.

Provide technical guidance on thermally broken aluminium frame systems, explaining how the thermal break reduces heat conduction compared to standard aluminium framing, and advise on where this technology delivers the greatest energy-efficiency and cost benefit.





Promote the company's use of recycled and sustainably sourced aluminium to clients seeking lower-embodied-carbon building products, positioning this as part of the company's environmental credentials during the sales process.

Prepare detailed, itemised quotations and technical proposals covering framing systems, glazing specification, hardware and finishes, and negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules within approved company guidelines.

Liaise between clients and the company's design, estimating and manufacturing teams to translate site measurements and client requirements into accurate technical specifications and production orders for custom fabrication.

Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure ordered specifications (glazing type, frame system, hardware) are manufactured and installed correctly, resolving technical or site-specific issues as they arise.

Keep up to date with developments in aluminium window and door technology, glazing systems, thermal performance standards and sustainable building materials, and apply this knowledge to product recommendations, client advice and staff/trade partner briefings.

Monitor competitor products and pricing in the energy-efficient window and door market, reporting market trends and opportunities to management to inform product positioning.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or

Higher. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.

Minimum 1 years full time relevant experience is a must

Strong technical sales and business development skills

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Strong customer relationship management and account management skills

Proven ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets

Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to prepare quotations, proposals and sales documentation

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a TEAM
