Parts Interpreter / Customer Service Representative

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

About Our Client Our client is a leading provider of specialised lighting, pumping, power generation, and mechanical equipment solutions. They support a diverse range of industries by supplying quality equipment, spare parts, and technical services to meet customers' operational needs.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide customer and technical support for products and parts

Handle customer enquiries, parts interpretation, and quotations

Support sales and engine quotations

Manage CRM cases, orders, and customer enquiries

Process parts orders through the ERP system

Track deliveries and coordinate with internal teams

Maintain customer relationships and accurate records

What You Will Need





Customer service and parts interpretation experience

Knowledge of mechanical equipment, pumps, gensets, lighting, and diesel engines

ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office experience

Ability to interpret parts and maintenance manuals

Solid communication, customer service, and organisational skills

Technical customer support or parts sales experience

Knowledge of M3 is highly regarded
