About the Role:
Join the MTA as a Student Services Administrator! The Student Services Administrator Trainee delivers high-quality administrative support across the full student lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience from enrolment through to completion. This role supports multiple program areas including apprenticeships (RTO/GTO), VET in Schools, Certificate programs, and short courses, while ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver responsive, high-quality customer service to students, employers, schools, and stakeholders
- Undertake reception duties and be the first point on contact for MTA visitors and students.
- Process enrolments ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant
- Update student records including changes to employer, qualification, hours, or training plans
- Process data and system updates within required timeframes
- Support inductions, scheduling and training progression
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date student records across all systems
- Support internal and external audits
- Build strong relationships with trainers, employers, schools, and students
- Liaise across internal teams to support student outcomes.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to undertake a Certificate III in Business (BSB30120) Traineeship over a 12-month period. This opportunity is ideal for a school leaver or someone entering the workforce for the first time and looking to build a strong foundation in business administration and workplace skills.
