Strata Cleaner – Subcontractor Opportunities (Sydney CBD)

We are inviting applications from experienced subcontractors to provide strata cleaning services for clients across the Sydney CBD.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in strata or commercial cleaning;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently;
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Practical approach to ensuring your safety and that of clients;
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties;
- Valid Australian driver’s licence.

Mandatory for Application:

- An active ABN with GST registration;
- A registered business with the necessary insurance coverage;
- Your own cleaning equipment and reliable transport;
- A team of no more than four people.

This role is strictly for subcontractors.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
