About The Role

Applications are now invited for the ADCO Intern programme based at our North Sydney (NSW) office.

Our exceptional Intern program will give you the opportunity to apply what you are learning in your chosen degree on a diverse range of projects and will equip you to maximise the development of your skills and competencies by offering the following:

- Opportunity to develop your skills on a diverse range of projects and business functions
- Exposure to all elements of the business and structured development in your discipline
- A personal mentor who will be with you throughout the program for guidance and support
- Flexible work-study arrangements that suit you

Responsibilities may include supporting project teams with day-to-day coordination, assisting with documentation, reporting and quality processes, attending meetings and site activities where appropriate, working collaboratively with ADCO team members and project stakeholders, and contributing to a safe, organised and professional work environment.

About You

We are looking for motivated, curious and enthusiastic students who are eager to learn and develop in a construction environment. You will be a robust communicator, organised, willing to ask questions, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
