Cochlear has opportunities for a full-time Supervisor - Maintenance & Calibration based in our Sydney, Macquarie or Lane Cove office. In this role, the successful Supervisor will coordinate and lead a team of technicians, ensuring that maintenance and calibration tasks are performed timely and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities include
- Coordinate team day-to-day activities to ensure deliverables are met as per agreed KPIs.
- Set team KPIs in collaboration with the Manager.
- Implement solutions to improve equipment availability.
- Monitor and provide feedback on team performance.
- Ensure adherence to Cochlear QMS and Hear Behaviour standards.
- Solve difficult problems and produce solutions outside standard procedures.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and manage communication updates.
