McConnell Dowell has been awarded a major transport infrastructure project that will improve capacity, connectivity and safety across one of Perth’s most important road corridors.

We’re now building our project delivery team and are looking for experienced Supervisors/Senior Supervisors who know how to make complex infrastructure projects happen safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About the role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of construction activities, coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant and resources to keep work progressing safely and efficiently. The project involves a broad range of civil infrastructure and multidisciplinary works, so we’re interested in Supervisors /Senior Supervisors with experience across one or more of the following areas:

Civil Infrastructure

- Road construction and freeway upgrades
- Piling and foundation works
- Bridge construction works
- Retaining structures and structural concrete
- Noise walls and associated civil works
- Drainage and pavement construction

Utilities

- Electrical reticulation and power services
- Communications and fibre optic networks




- Utility relocations, service coordination and new services

Electrical & Intelligent Transport Systems

- Street lighting infrastructure
- Integration of roadside electrical infrastructure
- ITS installations, including CCTV systems
- Traffic monitoring and communications systems

What you'll bring

- You’ll be an experienced construction Supervisor or Senior Supervisor who is comfortable leading work fronts in a live project environment.
- You’ll ideally have proven supervision experience delivering major civil, infrastructure, utilities, roads, structures or electrical projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and work planning.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, crews, plant and materials across multiple work fronts.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and project documentation while maintaining safety, quality and environmental standards.
- Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
