About the role

As Supply Chain Transformation Manager in ANZ, you will play a central role in Vestacy's operational stand-up across Australia and New Zealand. As a PE-backed carve-out, we are building our independent supply chain from the ground up, and this role sits at the intersection of the major programmes making that happen. This is a fixed term contract for 9 months.

Working across three interconnected workstreams — ERP implementation (D365), Warehouse Operations, and the supply-related elements of Legal Entity Restructuring — you will be the connective tissue between global programme teams, local operations, third-party logistics providers, technology partners and key customers. This is a broad, high-visibility role that requires someone comfortable moving between operational detail and senior stakeholder engagement, and between internal coordination and external relationship management.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate between IT system integrators and the ANZ team to embed local context into D365 system design.
- Lead UAT and training across operations, logistics and customer service, tracking progress and resolving blockers.
- Align D365 configuration with ANZ warehouse and logistics processes, resolving misalignments early.
- Support cutover planning to ensure a smooth go-live and post-launch stabilisation.
- Oversee the ANZ warehouse workstream, aligning 3PL partners and internal teams to operational standards.
- Manage 3PL relationships for compliance, readiness and WMS/EDI integration.
- Define and document future-state warehouse processes for inventory, goods receipt, pick/pack/ship and returns.




- Lead the supply chain workstream within ANZ Legal Entity Restructuring, ensuring continuity of service.
- Maintain a consolidated view of all ANZ supply transformation workstreams, including milestones, risks and dependencies.
- Track KPIs for programme health and post-go-live performance, including OTIF, inventory accuracy and order cycle time.

About you

- 6+ years in supply chain project management, delivering complex, cross-functional transformation programmes.
- Hands-on ERP/WMS implementation experience, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM required.
- Strong grasp of warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory, goods receipt, pick/pack/ship, 3PL governance and EDI/WMS integration.
- Systemic thinker who connects decisions across workstreams and maintains a clear programme-level view.
- Change management experience, designing and delivering adoption programmes for teams and partners.
- Analytical mindset with solid reporting and documentation discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business or related field.
- PMP or equivalent preferred; Lean/Six Sigma a plus.
- Willingness to travel within ANZ and internationally as needed.
