The Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our Bathurst- Central West based team.

Your Role

As a Support Worker,



you’ll empower clients to live independently and achieve their personal goals. Your support will be person-centered, respectful, and goal-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily living tasks such as household chores and meal preparation.
- Support community access and social participation.
- Encourage rehabilitation and skill-building to promote independence.
- Provide personal care and behaviour support with dignity and respect.
- Empower clients to make their own choices and decisions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all care provided.

Who We’re Looking For

- Experienced & Qualified: Relevant qualifications or experience in disability, aged care, or community support.
- Reliable & Flexible: Able to adapt to various client needs and work different shifts, including weekends and overnight.
- Empathetic & Respectful: Committed to supporting individuals with dignity and independence.
- Team Player: Works well independently and collaboratively.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to engage effectively with clients, families, and management.
- Valid Driver’s Licence & Vehicle: Must have access to a registered and insured vehicle.
- Compliance Ready: NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011), National Police Check and up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination.
