Now Hiring: Mandarin-Speaking Support Workers seeking caring and reliable Mandarin-speaking Support Workers to provide in-home support to older people across Adelaide.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide companionship and assistance with daily living
- Assist with light household duties, including cleaning, laundry and organising the home
- Prepare nutritious, straightforward home-style meals suitable for older people’s dietary needs
- Assist with shopping, medication collection, appointments and community access
- Observe and report changes in a client’s health, wellbeing or mood
- Assist with personal care where qualified and required

About you:

- As this role supports Mandarin-speaking older clients, fluent Mandarin is essential. Good English communication skills are also required for accurate documentation and communication with the care team.

- Aged care, disability or in-home care experience is preferred
- Current Police Check, First Aid/CPR, driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred
- Able to provide regular availability and complete service notes accurately
