Kalkoup Community Care is seeking a compassionate and capable High Needs Support Worker(s) to join our growing team. This is a deeply rewarding opportunity to support NDIS participants with complex medical needs in their homes, helping them live safer, fuller lives surrounded by their families and support networks.

You'll be delivering specialised, hands-on support tailored to each participant’s care plan including assistance to clients with PEG feeding, high needs behaviours and physical disabilities. Based in West Perth, Kalkoup Clinics is a nurse-led organisation providing holistic, compassionate care to children, young people and adults with complex medical needs. We are proud to make a real, lasting impact in the lives of our participants and the people who care for them.

What you’ll be doing:

You will be working closely with participants and their families to provide secure, specialised care tailored to each individual care plan, including:

· PEG feeding and enteral nutrition support

· Wound care and skin integrity management





· Continence and personal care assistance

· Monitoring oxygen levels and general wellbeing

· Community access and in-home support

· Documentation and communication with the broader care team

Shifts Available:

We are currently hiring for homes based in the South of Perth. Including Canning Vale, Coogee and Success.

Training will be provided for all participants. Experience in complex care is preferred, however candidates without prior experience will be supported through comprehensive in-house training.

Who we are looking for:

Essential:

· Experience supporting people with disability or complex care needs.

· Familiarity with tracheostomy care, PEG feeding and seizure response.

· Current First Aid and CPR certification (HLTAID011).

· NDIS Workers Screening

· National Police Clearance and WA Working with Children Check.

· Valid WA Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
