: Male Support Worker – Werrington County, Bradbury and Penrith Areas

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable female support worker to join our team under a subcontract arrangement for a female NDIS participant based in Werrington County, Bradbury and Penrith and can travel to those areas on short notice if required.

Schedule:

Anywhere from morning – evening as required (this is only a range).

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing community access and support
- Assisting with in-home, domestic activities, meal preparation
- Supporting the participant in engaging with the community
- Ensuring safety, respect, and professionalism during all shifts

Requirements:

- Able to subcontract using their ABN
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Positive English communication skills
- Minimum phone use during shifts
- Patient, respectful, and capable of building a long-term, meaningful relationship with the client

Job Types: Part-time, Subcontract Pay: $36.00 – $42.00 per hour
