About the Role

Join our Urban Land Surveying team of 30 including 13 Licensed Surveyors in a field-based role with a clear pathway to advancement. You’ll be mentored and trained across a broad range of surveying disciplines, contributing to residential and industrial subdivisions, government infrastructure, and cadastral projects across Victoria. This role suits a degree or diploma-qualified surveyor ready to build a long-term career with structured PTA support.

Key Duties

- Conduct re-establishment, feature & level, and set-out surveys on greenfield projects
- Perform as-constructed and lease area surveys to high accuracy standards
- Undertake GNSS observations, traversing, and levelling per government practice directives
- Complete plan of survey drafting tasks using LisCAD and AutoCAD




- Contribute to cadastral and government projects including Big Build and Surveyor General Victoria

Skills & Experience

- Degree or Diploma in Surveying (essential)
- Demonstrated GNSS, robotic total station, and digital level competency
- Intermediate to advanced LisCAD and AutoCAD skills
- Construction Induction Card (VPAU349) or willingness to obtain
- Robust communication skills and a safety-first mindset
