About the role

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the Supporter Care & CRM Lead is responsible for supporter care, improving CRM capability, and coordinating supporter retention and growth initiatives. You will play a central role in a newly-formed fundraising team that places supporters at the heart of everything we do.

Key responsibilities

- Developing supporter care initiatives, coordinating donor stewardship, and implementing a donor gratitude and recognition program
- In collaboration with the Head of Fundraising, manage and improve data quality and fundraising processes by optimising use of Raiser's Edge NXT functions for appeals and major giving, reporting, prospect research and analysis

- Supporter segmentation, and developing engaging supporter journeys which inspire annual and regular giving, reactivated giving, and renewed generosity

- Supporting fundraising activities across annual giving, major gifts, bequests and emerging philanthropy initiatives

- Working closely with fundraising colleagues to strengthen donor stewardship, retention and long-term donor value

About you

- Achievement in a not-for-profit fundraising environment

- Fundraising experience in disciplines such as supporter care, direct mail, digital marketing, regular giving, community fundraising or philanthropy





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience using Raiser's Edge or a comparable fundraising CRM platform, and extending its use

- Commitment to helping deliver an excellent supporter experience

- FIA membership will be highly regarded
