- Full Time, 35 hours per week
- Location: Willing to consider candidates across all NSW SCS office
- Departmental Officer Grade 7/8 – Salary from $116,981 per annum (FTE) plus super and leave loading

About The Role As the Systems Administration Coordinator you will play a central role in supporting SCS to successfully transition InEight from project implementation into business-as-usual operations. The role will provide dedicated product ownership, system administration and specialist user support for InEight and related SCS digital systems, helping ensure staff can use the platform in a standardised and effective way across the organisation. The role will manage the systems support function and support the connection between InEight and other SCS business systems to reduce continuity risks and improve governance. It will coordinate system improvements, keep policies, standards and procedures up to date, and monitor system performance, data quality and user experience. The role will use feedback from the business to make practical improvements that support productivity, efficiency and reliable service delivery across SCS.

About You

We’re looking for a person who is organised, proactive and customer focused, with experience providing high quality project and business services in a busy, high volume environment.

You Will Bring

- Proven experience providing specialist product ownership and system administration for business, construction, project management, asset, finance or operational delivery systems, with InEight experience highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to administer and build subject matter expertise in digital business systems, oversee upgrades and enhancements to support continuous improvement activities.




- Ability to develop as system performance, data validation checks and support, risk assessments, compliance with system governance, business standards and operational requirements.
- Sound problem-solving and continuous improvement skills, including the ability to troubleshoot common user issues, gather feedback, analyse system processes and development of practical improvements for support services and user experience.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage competing enquiries, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, support training and user adoption, and develop clear user guides, system documentation, instructions and support materials.

Essential Requirements

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience
- Current NSW driver's licence and willingness to travel
