About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support high-volume recruitment for our Australian sales team.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers to source, screen and coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment process. This is a hands-on, KPI-driven role suited to someone who is comfortable managing multiple vacancies and working at pace.

What You'll Be Doing

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK,



referrals and other channels
- Conduct phone/video screens and assess candidate suitability
- Manage candidate pipelines and follow up throughout the process
- Coordinate interviews and offers
- Maintain accurate ATS records
- Track recruitment activity and hiring KPIs
- Work closely with hiring managers on recruitment needs

What We're Looking For

- 0–2 years' recruitment experience
- Experience in sales, BD or high-volume recruitment is preferred
- Comfortable working towards recruitment KPIs
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organised, proactive and resilient
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK or ATS is a plus
