Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Collingwood, Melbourne

Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 (Based on experience)

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with leadership in a structured, performance-focused environment, contributing to the ongoing improvement of recruitment processes and internal systems.

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments including:

- Business Development Managers (field sales)
- Telesales Representatives
- Administration
- Support & Operations

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimising LinkedIn and Seek recruitment campaigns
- Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates
- Conducting structured phone screens and interviews




- Assessing sales capability, professionalism, and role alignment
- Maintaining accurate and organised candidate records within our CRM
- Coordinating onboarding documentation and ensuring compliance standards are met

What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience (agency or internal)
- Confidence conducting structured phone screens and interviews
- Ability to assess sales capability and role alignment
- Strong organisational skills with accurate CRM management
- Proactive approach to sourcing and candidate engagement
- High attention to detail, particularly with onboarding documentation
- Clear communication skills and skilled judgement
