Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Despatch Coordinator to join their Smeaton Grange team on a permanent full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and hands-on warehouse professional to take ownership of daily warehouse and despatch operations within a manufacturing environment.

The Role
n
n
- Coordinating daily warehouse, receiving, picking, packing and despatch operations
n
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock records
n
- Coordinating supplier deliveries and container unloading
n
- Managing local and interstate dispatches and inter-branch transfers
n
- Conducting stocktakes and investigating stock discrepancies
n
- Using ERP/MRP systems to manage stock movements and transactions
n
- Supporting the warehouse team and working closely with production, sales and management
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse
n
- Ensuring WHS procedures and safe manual handling and forklift practices are followed
n
- Identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and warehouse processes
n
n
About You
n
n
- Previous warehouse experience, preferably within manufacturing, fabrication or a similar environment
n
- Experience with inventory and warehouse management systems
n
- Previous ERP/MRP experience highly regarded
n
- Experience with container unloading and despatch operations
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
n
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
n
- A hands-on approach and strong commitment to workplace safety
n
