About the role

n

We are currently seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to join our team working at our Port Macquarie Branch.

n

You will be;

n

The first point of contact for all our customersand responsible for delivering an exceptional in-branch service experience, promoting the financial products and services of Coastline Bank.

n

Adding value for our customers by tailoring a solution to their banking andlifestyle needs. If you feel you can build genuine relationships with customers andyou're passionate and energetic about delivering an exceptional customer serviceexperience and achieving sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Personally driven to achieve sales and service success by achievingyour KPI's/targets.

n

Supporting our marketing team to deliver in branch communityinitiatives including our Local Spotlight and Art Hub displays.

n

Maintaining and developing strong relationships with our local community groups through regular contact and communication.

n





Required to participate in a rotating Saturday morning roster.

n

What you need to succeed

n

The successful applicant;

n

May have experience in financial services and lending. Whilst not essential this experience will be highly regarded.

n

Will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a desire to make a difference by helping customers manage their money.

n

Will be a motivated team player who enjoys working with people and is personally driven to achieve sales success by reaching targets.

n

Will understand the value of developing and maintaining involvement in our local community.

n

Will be prepared to obtain ASIC Tier II Statement of Attainment within 3 months (if not already held).
