About the Role

n

Managing a large-scale development in the Newcastle/Hunter region, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of a high-quality project, on schedule and within budget.

n

Key tasks & responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Scheduling work in line with project program.
n
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
n
- Coordinating sub-contractors and direct labour.
n
- Ensure quality management, addressing and rectifying defects as needed.
n
- Implement and oversee WHS protocols, including conducting daily pre-start meetings and routine site inspections.
n
- Quality management including rectification of defects.
n
- Identify and resolve constructability challenges.
n




- Reporting to the Project Manager on progress.
n

About you

n

n
- 5 + years' experience in a similar role within the commercial building, or large scale residential.
n
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex, high-value projects valued at 50M+.
n
- Cool, calm, and collected, engaging with people in a collaborative way to get work done.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Solid ability to manage and motivate trades in a rapid-paced environment.
n
- Trade qualification.
n
- Current driver's license.
n
