What You'll Be Doing
n
In this role, you will:
n
n
- Prepare vehicles for refinishing, including masking,
sanding and priming
n
- Complete prep work for cosmetic repairs and light collision damage
n
- Support the spray-painting team to ensure efficient workshop workflow
n
- Conduct quality checks to ensure vehicles are prepared to a high standard
n
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work setting
n
- Follow all workshop safety, PPE and quality procedures
n
- Assist the team in achieving daily production targets
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who has:
n
n
- Previous experience in a vehicle preparation, refinishing or similar workshop role
n
- Trade-qualified Spray Painters seeking a support-focused role are encouraged to apply
n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
n
- Ability to follow processes and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
- Good communication and time-management skills
n
- Understanding of workshop safety and PPE requirements
n
- Manual driver's licence
n
- Full Australian work rights
n

Desirable
n
n
- Experience with Axalta paint products
n
- Previous experience in automotive refinishing or collision repair environments
n
