About the position:

Our client is searching for a talented Litigation Lawyer to join their expanding Dispute Resolution team. This role is ideal for lawyers seeking genuine autonomy, career progression, and the opportunity to work on a rich mix of litigation files.

You'll work on matters involving:

n

- Civil and commercial litigation
n
- Contractual and shareholder disputes
n
- Debt recovery and professional negligence claims
n
- Property disputes and commercial conflicts
n
- Pre-litigation strategies,



settlement negotiations, and appearances in court
n

n

You will have the chance to work closely with highly regarded senior lawyers and partners, gaining exposure to significant matters while being mentored toward a more senior role.

Key Requirements:

n

n
- 3-6+ years PAE with proven litigation experience in private practice
n
- Strong grasp of civil and commercial dispute processes
n
- Ability to handle files autonomously from start to finish
n
- Clear, persuasive written and oral communication skills
n
- Proactive attitude with a client-centric approach
n
