What You'll Need Fluent in both
Mandarin and English
(spoken and written)
Customer service or phone experience
A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable transport
Ability to obtain a Working with Children's Check

Staff Perks & Discounts Modern Uniform Provided Recognition & Performance Bonuses About the Role As a Bilingual Orthodontic Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting both English and Mandarin-speaking patients throughout their orthodontic journey. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting our orthodontists in patient care while handling admin duties such as greeting patients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, maintaining records, and sterilising instruments.
Assisting with patient consultations and treatment discussions
Translating and explaining treatment information in Mandarin and English
Building rapport and trust with patients and families
Managing appointment scheduling and patient communications
Following up with prospective and existing patients
Working closely with our clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
Helping patients understand financial arrangements and treatment options
