About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Events professional to join the Dental division.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing and events professional who enjoys bringing campaigns, product launches, educational programs and customer experiences to life. You will play a key role in coordinating marketing activations across Australia and New Zealand, working closely with Portfolio Managers, Marketing, Education, Sales, agencies and external suppliers.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and delivering Orthodontic marketing activations, product launches, tradeshows, expos, conventions and customer events
Maintaining the Orthodontic activation planning calendar, covering campaigns, promotions, product launches, education programs and events
Sourcing event locations and managing the logistics of products and equipment delivery, as well as setting up requirements
Coordinating educational seminars and training events
Managing the end-to-end event approval process, including Letters of Offer,
attendee information, cost estimates, and compliance approvals
Supporting marketing campaigns, quarterly promotions, product launches and customer engagement initiatives
Coordinating agency briefs, timelines, deliverables and supplier performance
Managing the production, printing, distribution and inventory of marketing and educational materials
Supporting the development and distribution of sales enablement materials, campaign communications and customer-facing content
Assisting with new product innovation and product launch processes, website updates and digital content management
Coordinating promotional items and marketing assets for campaigns, training programs, sales meetings and events
Managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, vendor invoices and payments, while maintaining accurate marketing spend tracking and budget utilization
Supporting vendor setup and ongoing supplier management
Preparing reports and providing visibility of activation, event and budget performance
Contributing to additional marketing projects and initiatives as required
To succeed in this role, the successful candidate should meet the following criteria:
2-3 years' experience in marketing activation,
campaign coordination and/or events management
Experience within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Healthcare industry
Tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce/Marketing is highly desired
Experience supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, customer engagement or events
Experience working closely with a Portfolio Manager or Marketing Manager is highly desirable
Experience managing external agencies, event suppliers and vendors
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience with payment systems and Microsoft Power Apps is highly regarded
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage changing priorities
The confidence to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team
The ability and willingness to learn and navigate multiple systems, processes and platforms.
