As the Senior People & Culture Manager, you will lead Adara's global People & Culture function, partnering with the CEOs, Global Leadership Team and managers across Australia, Nepal and Uganda to deliver people initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, culture and employee experience. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance development, learning and development, employee relations, remuneration and wellbeing, while ensuring compliant and people-centred practices across the organisation. You will also lead and develop the People & Culture team and drive continuous improvement across systems, policies and programs. About You

You are an experienced People & Culture leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and positive workplace cultures. You combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands‑on approach and are confident partnering with leaders across all levels of an organisation. You will bring: Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Employment Relations, Organisational Psychology, Business or a related field. At least 7 years' HR/P&C; experience, including experience leading a team. Robust knowledge of employment legislation, workplace relations and HR compliance.



Experience developing and implementing people strategies, policies and initiatives. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and coaching skills. Strong judgement and the ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion. A commitment to diversity, wellbeing and creating exceptional employee experiences. A genuine passion for social justice and making a difference in the world. Previous experience using HiBob HR platform will be highly regarded.
