This is a fairly autonomous role, with a small team onsite running the Clubhouse operations.

Job Role & Responsibilities The role consists of:

Produce and maintain consistently high level of food preparation & presentation

Bistro style menu, ability to create menu's to suit clientele and venue

Set roster, includes weekends however no late nights! This venue is open around our Sailing activities, and events.

Skills and Experience The successful applicant will possess the following skills:

Minimum of 2year experience in a similar role

Work as a positive, professional, team member with a 'can-do' attitude

Good understanding of food safety requirements & standards for maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment

A real team player: our Team works closely together to achieve excellence for our members, and guests

Ability to smile until the end of service!
