Talent Acqusition Advisor - High Volume, Blue collar - 6 WEEKS TEMP CONTRACT Immediate Start | Flexible work arrangements Do you enjoy keeping busy and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for a Talent Advisor to support high-volume blue collar hiring across operational roles within a large and well-established organisation in the food production and agriculture sector.

You will help keep the recruitment process moving by screening applications, coordinating interviews and site tours, organising pre-employment checks, and providing recruitment administration support. It's a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple candidates and staying organised in a busy environment.

Your role:

Screening and shortlisting applications





Coordinating interviews and site tours

Managing pre-employment checks

Supporting hiring managers with recruitment administration

About you:

Previous recruitment coordination or high-volume recruitment experience

Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment

Able to manage multiple priorities

This role is an ASAP start and interviews will be taking place early next week.
