to join our friendly team on a part-time basis.

About the Role We are seeking an organised and reliable Bookkeeper, BAS Agent, or Accounts professional to join our team on a part-time basis, working onsite at our Salisbury office. This role would ideally suit someone seeking flexible school hours, such as a parent returning to work, or anyone looking for a genuine part-time position with a supportive team workplace.

Experience within the building and construction industry is highly regarded, though not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities Checking, actioning, and triaging incoming emails





Liaising with customers and suppliers in a professional manner

Full-function accounts receivable and accounts payable

Working alongside internal staff and external stakeholders to manage and track retentions

Providing administrative support to the Director as required

About You Previous experience in bookkeeping, BAS preparation, or accounts administration

Background in the building and construction industry preferred, but not essential

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

High attention to detail and well-developed organisational skills

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
