Catering HQ is looking for a proactive and experienced Pick Packer / Warehouse Storeperson to join our talented and dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, chilled workplace and enjoys working as part of a team to ensure smooth warehouse operations. This role is a mix of hands on and admin duties.

We currently have 20 fabulous venues across Sydney, Queensland and Melbourne, and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, high-quality meals, and innovative dining experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately picking and packing daily orders in a low temperature environment (-18 degrees)

Perform stock rotation to maintain product freshness

Conduct inventory counts and stocktaking as required

Ensure general operational tidiness of stock, facilities, and warehouse

Assist with receiving and dispatching deliveries

Complete documentation and record-keeping tasks

Monitor and reduce waste and product loss

Perform other general warehouse duties as needed





KEY REQUIREMENTS

A valid forklift licence (essential)

Previous experience working in low temperature environments (-18 degrees) is essential

Ability to work in cold storage environment for extended periods

Strong manual handling skills, including stacking chilled and frozen products

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions closely

Be highly focused on safety, quality & hygiene compliance

Trouble shooting skills and ability to use initiative

Ability to work unsupervised as required

Ability to work as part of a team

Strong attention to health and safety, following safety procedures and wearing correct PPE.
