About the role: The role is to provide comprehensive property management services across a portfolio of assets, working within a cooperative team that exclusively manages all aspects of building operations and day-to-day management. Working closely with the operations management team, you'll develop strong relationships with tenants and owners while maintaining overall responsibility for the annual budget of each property.
Prospecting for new clients via telephone, letterbox drops and door-knocking
Handling/responding to phone and email enquiries from prospective buyers
Assisting with open for inspections and private appointments/inspections
Open for inspection buyer callbacks
Lead/buyer nurture and database management
Attending regular skill and systems training sessions as part of our pathway training program
About You:

A self-starter with a strong work ethic and resilience
Effective communication skills both written and verbal i A professional and ethical approach to dealing with people
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve sales targets and goals within agreed deadlines
Current drivers licence
Immaculate presentation and positive attitude
Real estate qualification or Real estate qualification and valid License.
