Marketing Operations Assistant

to support our day-to-day marketing activities, customer engagement and brand promotion. About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in digital marketing, social media and e-commerce operations. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns, content activities and marketing administration. Key Responsibilities

Assist with the planning and execution of marketing and operations activities

Manage and maintain content across social media platforms, including WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Facebook and Instagram

Assist with writing, editing and proofreading promotional copy, marketing materials and other content

Support the planning,



implementation and follow-up of online promotional campaigns

Assist in managing the company website, social media accounts and other marketing channels

Track campaign and marketing activity data and prepare basic performance reports

Assist with maintaining customer records and marketing databases

Support the sales team with customer promotions and marketing-related activities

Complete other marketing and operations tasks as assigned by the manager

About You

Diploma or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, E-commerce or a related discipline is preferred

Previous experience in marketing, operations, content creation, administration or a related field is desirable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English

Familiarity with social media platforms and common office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva

Solid organisational, coordination, execution and time-management skills

Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive and responsible

Interested in marketing trends, digital marketing and social media operations

Able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team

A basic understanding of data analysis and the ability to identify improvement opportunities from performance data
