Arc @ UNSW is seeking a casual Chef de Partie to support the CANTEEN / Student Catering operation on the UNSW Kensington Campus. You’ll assist with bulk cooking, supervise other cooks, and help ensure meals are prepared to high standards for students. The role suits a Chef with 3+ years’ experience in bulk cooking, solid knife skills, and a focus on food safety. Casual hours are roughly 7:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday during UNSW Term, with a rate of $36.81 per hour.
