Chandler Macleod is currently seeking reliable and motivated Pick Packers to join a leading logistics provider in Western Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidates.

Available Shifts Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm

Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm - 10:00pm

About the Role Working within a fast-paced warehouse workplace, your duties will include:

RF scanning and order picking

Operating ride-on electric pallet jacks

Picking and packing customer orders

Manual handling and repetitive lifting (up to 25kg)

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets

What We're Looking For We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate:

Previous warehouse, pick packing, or order picking experience

RF scanning experience

Experience operating an electric pallet jack (highly regarded)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent attendance and reliability

A positive attitude and strong work ethic





Availability to work ongoing Monday to Friday

Have a proven record of consistent attendance

Communicate promptly regarding any absences or lateness

Follow all site rules and safety procedures

Be willing to participate in random drug and alcohol testing

Complete all required pre-employment checks
