You will plan, organise, and supervise workshop operations across Current Build and Retail Repair activities to meet customer requirements and KPIs. You will lead the workshop team, maintain schedules, manage labour and resources, and work closely with the Supervisor to achieve budgets while upholding safety standards and continuous improvement.
