Key Responsibilities As a Sales Executive, you will:
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts, including servicing major accounts.
Deliver on territory sales budgets and associated reporting requirements.
Use solution‑selling techniques to proactively identify and secure new business opportunities.
Enhance the customer experience through consistent and proactive account management.
Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Operations to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
About You You will be successful in this role if you:
Are a recent graduate in business, commerce, or a related field OR bring proven sales capability in Hire, Operational, Manufacturing, or Logistics environments.
Have demonstrated experience managing a sales territory (highly regarded).
Are self‑motivated, driven, and committed to delivering excellent outcomes.
Continuously seek improvement and show a passion for excellence.
Have strong capability in Sales Management Systems and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (intermediate level required).
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hold a current Driver’s Licence.
Have full Australian working rights.
