Location: Mandurah, Western Australia

Employment Type: Fixed-Term Full-Time (12 months, extension/permanency possible)

Salary: $365,665 - $465,018 p.a. + superannuation

Start Date: Negotiable

About the Role

An opportunity is available for a Consultant General Physician to join a growing regional hospital in Western Australia. You will provide specialist General Medicine services, lead multidisciplinary teams, support patient safety and quality care, and contribute to the training and supervision of junior medical staff. International candidates can be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide specialist General Medicine care across inpatient services.
- Lead and support multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Supervise, mentor, and educate junior doctors and healthcare staff.
- Promote patient safety, quality improvement, and clinical governance.
- Contribute to service development and performance outcomes.

Essential Criteria

- Eligible for specialist registration in Australia.




- Fellowship or equivalent qualification in General Medicine.
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Commitment to education, teamwork, and high-quality patient care.
