Beautopia seeks a Hands on Warehouse Supervisor for its warehouse operations.

n

The business supplies Hair Products operating through a network of trade stores

n

Looking for a Hands on Supervisor operations manager to ensure efficient warehouse operations and goods storage

n

The role is for a working manager , working with the team and supervising the team

n

Primarily the role involves:

n

n
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
n
- Ensure pick faces are filled from bulk storage
n
- Ensure containers unloaded and located
n
- Orders picked accurately and quickly
n
- Communicate job expectations and allocate jobs to 6 staff-members
n
- Determine rostering levels and assign workload
n
- Ensuring that high standards of health and safety, security in the work workplace are maintained.
n




- Be a hands on part of the team with regard to picking/packing orders and all aspects of the daily warehousing activities
n

Requirements

n

n
- Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
n
- Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience required
n
- Proven work experience as a supervisor
n
- Hands-on participation in pick pack and commitment to getting the job done
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- We are seeking an individual who can plan, is detailed and wants to make a difference
n
- As the warehouse works with a small team of 5 staff , it is vital that this role assumes hands on duties as well as overall supervision, whilst coaching, mentoring warehouse personnel. Based in Lane Cove West . Competitive remuneration offered
