Our client is a growing investment manager undertaking a significant technology transformation to establish a modern, digitally enabled platform and operating model to support fund operations and future investment structures.

This role will lead the evaluation, selection and implementation of specialist technology solutions that enhance scalability, operational efficiency and investor servicing.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead program governance, planning, delivery roadmaps, budgets, risks and stakeholder reporting.
n
- Define business requirements and design future-state operating models, workflows and controls.
n
- Assess specialist fund, investment administration and lending technology platforms.
n
- Manage vendor selection, proof-of-concept activities and platform recommendations.
n
- Oversee implementation, integration, testing, data migration, deployment and operational readiness.
n
- Drive executive stakeholder engagement, change management, adoption and pilot program outcomes.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

n

n
- Degree in Information Technology,



Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
n
- 10+ years' experience leading complex business and technology transformation programs.
n
- Proven delivery of platform implementations within funds management, lending or wealth management.
n
- Deep expertise in mortgage funds, private credit, fund administration or investment operations.
n
- Strong knowledge of technology platforms supporting mortgage fund administration and servicing.
n
- Experience leading technology evaluations, procurement processes and vendor selection programs.
n
- Demonstrated success designing target operating models and process transformation initiatives.
n
- Solid understanding of regulatory, compliance and governance requirements within financial services.
n
- Ability to engage, influence and present to executive and board-level stakeholders.
n
- Expertise managing cross-functional teams, third-party vendors and strategic delivery outcomes.
