Residential Services Manager - Disability Services Leadership

Thorndale Foundation – Werrington County NSW Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide leadership across residential and community services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred supports while maintaining robust operational, financial and compliance outcomes. You will lead a team of Residential Team Leaders and work closely with NDIS Claiming, Corporate Services and Executive Leadership teams. Key responsibilities Leading and enhancing residential service delivery Driving person-centred approaches and best practice disability support Maximising NDIS funding opportunities and service sustainability Supporting Team Leaders to deliver quality outcomes for participants Leading NDIS Quality and Safeguards compliance activities Managing reportable incidents, restrictive practices oversight and quality improvement initiatives Contributing to organisational strategy and service innovation About you Experience in an NDIS administration, operations or service management role Strong understanding of NDIS funding,



line items and service utilisation Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguards requirements Experience managing Team Leaders or equivalent leadership positions within disability services Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work autonomously while fostering strong stakeholder relationships Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Current Australian Driver's Licence Understanding of operational budgeting and financial management (desirable) About us The Thorndale Foundation is a respected not-for-profit organisation supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives through quality accommodation, community participation and support services.
