With continued growth, we’re looking for a proactive

Project Manager - Custom Built

to manage a diverse portfolio of projects in a fast-paced environment where adaptability, problem-solving and quick decision-making are key.

About the Role

Manage multiple custom-built commercial landscaping projects, delivering them on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and estimates for project tenders, including the creation of basic visual landscape concepts and/or drawings.

Negotiate contract terms with clients and subcontractors.

Lead and mentor field staff to optimise performance and foster a positive team culture.

Monitor project progress and resolve potential delays with agility.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Ensure Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) compliance across all project teams.

About You

To be successful, you will thrive in afast-paced environment and have a strong background in project management in the construction, civil or landscaping industries. You will value teamwork, be cooperative and passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes. What else?

A degree in project management or equivalent experience, paired with a background in estimation and tender management.

Basic design skills or the ability to bring landscape concepts to life through simple drawings,



software or AI-generated visuals is desirable.

Exceptional communication skills including the ability to negotiate and consult with clients.

A natural leader with people management capabilities to support and mentor staff while contributing to a positive team culture.

A strong commercial focus with excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.

Current White Card, Police and DHS clearances are required (or willing to obtain).
