Broken Hill Motor Company is seeking a Technician to become the technical backbone of our Toyota, Mazda and multi-franchise dealership. This is an opportunity to take ownership of technical performance, mentor developing technicians and work closely with manufacturer support teams to solve complex vehicle concerns.

Key responsibilities

Diagnose and rectify complex vehicle faults across multiple brands

Liaise directly with manufacturer technical support teams

Maintain high levels of quality control and first-time fix performance

Support, coach and mentor apprentices and technicians

Assist in driving workshop efficiency and technical capability

Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally

Contribute to the future direction and success of the workshop

About you

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability

Experience within a franchised dealership workplace preferred

At least several years of post-trade industry experience

Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

The ability to mentor others and share your knowledge

A proactive attitude and leadership potential

Current Driver's License





National Police Check
