Exclusive Talent is seeking a National Account Manager to lead major national accounts in the Australian hardware and retail sectors. Based in Dandenong with a hybrid work setup, you will drive growth across key retailers and buying groups, leveraging solid relationship-building and strategic account planning.

You will manage approximately 90% existing accounts and 10% business development, with travel to group head offices and occasional international events as required.
