About The Role
n
With a passion for creating sweet moments for our customers, as the Cafe Manager you'll be responsible for:
n
Leading a large team to deliver the 'sweetest' experience and products
n
Providing hands‐on training and offering feedback
n
Motivating your team to achieve sales targets and KPI's
n
Leading all store operations and standards
n
Maintaining cafe presentation to wow our customers
n
Full time opportunity to work across a flexible 7-day roster

About You
n
The San Churro Familia is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our customers and we take on this mission with passion, pride, and a sense of adventure. Along with sharing these values, you'll also need:
n
Experience as a manager or supervisor (in similar environment)
n
A background in hospitality
n
Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills
n
Ability to work during peak trading days and hours, including evenings and weekends
n
