We're excited to welcome a Clinical Nurse Coach to our Acute Services Unit.

n

The Clinical Nurse / Midwife Coach leads and delivers person centred care at an advanced level based on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia – Registered Nurse Standards for Practice / Midwife Standards for Practice, via facilitation of the competence and confidence of clinicians.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Providing clinical education at point of care to Nursing and Midwifery undergraduate students and staff across the health service.
n
- Actively engaging in the development of a learning culture within the clinical unit and models evidence-based practice at an advanced level relevant to the area of specialty.
n
- Providing nursing and/or midwifery services in health service settings.
n
- Responsible for a portfolio with a focus on clinical care/leadership, management, education and/or research.

Comprising salary rates $57.76 - $61.85 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NG6(1)) (permanent part time, 32hrs p.f.). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
