Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent on similar largeâ€−scale construction projects
Robust background in civil, structural, mechanical, or multiâ€‐disciplinary construction
Proven ability to manage schedules, teams, subcontractors, and technical deliverables
Key Responsibilities
Manage project planning, scheduling, and daily site operations
Oversee construction of the fuel truck apron, warehouse, utility systems, drainage, security lighting, and associated civil works
Ensure compliance with PACAF, RAAF, UFC/UFGS, safety, and contract standards
Coordinate with QC, safety, engineering, and subcontractor teams
Maintain project budget, track progress, and report to management
