We are seeking a motivated TAS Coordinator to join our team at our Derwent Park office. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting our customers, partners, and internal teams.

About the Role

As the TAS Coordinator, you will:

- Coordinate daily operations relating to vehicle registrations in TAS.
- Liaise with state road authorities, and transport providers to ensure a smooth process.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation & registration.
- Support team efficiency by problem-solving and maintaining clear communication between stakeholders.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Has the ability to drive a manual vehicle.




- Is confident in communication and can be trusted to work autonomously.
- Has excellent attention to detail and can work well under pressure.
- Brings experience in administration, logistics, or customer service (automotive industry experience is highly regarded but not essential).
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel to Launceston on occasion to complete tasks.
