About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Team Leader to lead and work alongside our team on a variety of residential and commercial landscape projects.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a practical, on-the-tools role, responsible for site management, quality, and safety from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a small landscaping team




- Read and interpret landscape drawings and specifications
- Coordinate day-to-day site operations, including liaising with subcontractors
- Actively contribute on the tools constructing hardscapes including paving, formwork, timber work
- Irrigation system installation and maintenance
- Soft landscaping including soil preparation, planting and turf installation
- Maintain safety, quality, and schedule
- Communicate with clients, designers, and suppliers

About You You’re a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in your work and leads by example.

You’ll bring:

- Cert III in Landscape Construction or similar, with 5+ years in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- White Card and Driver’s Licence (MR licence an advantage)
- A positive attitude, commitment to quality work, strong attention to detail
