We are looking for an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Supervisor for Perth Airport's operations. Reporting directly to the Port Manager, you will step into a well-established, high-performing operation supported by an experienced and capable team. This is not a role where you will be starting from scratch. Instead, you will build on already established strong foundations, lead a skilled maintenance team, and drive operational excellence across Perth Airport's baggage handling systems.

As Technical Supervisor, you will lead the safe and reliable operation of Perth Airport's baggage handling systems while ensuring outstanding maintenance performance, safety outcomes, and customer service. You will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of technicians, apprentices, and trade assistants
- Driving preventative and corrective maintenance activities
- Supporting fault finding, diagnostics,



and operational recovery when required
- Building strong relationships with airport stakeholders and contractors
- Maintaining high safety and compliance standards
- Identifying opportunities to enhance system performance and reliability
- Creating a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture

What We Are Looking For

Essential

- Mechanical or Electrical Trade Qualification (A Grade)
- Previous supervisory experience or second in charge
- Experience within airports, automation, materials handling, manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or other critical infrastructure environments
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Exposure to PLCs, SCADA, automation, or control systems
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
