The Role

Continued growth has created a unique position. The role has a technical component, although ultimately success will be achieved due to a combination of a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and your capacity to learn and evolve. Working closely with the GM you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of installation projects from winning the order through to successful installation. More specifically you will:

- Monitor & coordinate projects end-to-end
- Work with the design & specification teams to close sales
- Support quoting & estimating




- Identify & help implement improvement initiatives, in particular leveraging AI
- Support the sales & marketing functions
- Assist with research & business development

You will be the ‘glue’ that keeps projects flowing and ensures successful, timely results. Key qualities include a positive, cheerful demeanour and willingness to pitch in where required, along with initiative, a thirst for learning and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts, especially IT.

It’s likely you have a background in manufacturing, construction, engineering or drafting. Hands on and part of a close-knit team, it’s about producing results in a small company, with a clear pathway for progression.
