1x Telecommunications Technician

- Location: Perth & Onshore/Offshore (Western Australia)

Responsibilities

You will be supporting project delivery teams so the ability to think on your feet, allocate time and resources in the right space will be essential to successful delivery of work. This role will involve working in the Perth office with travels to onshore and offshore project locations and sites.

Some of the responsibilities are:

- Acting as the expert and reference for Offshore telecommunications infrastructure.

- Planning, resourcing, procuring, and supporting maintenance activities.

- Support SAP PM and ServiceNow processes for maintenance, work orders and service delivery.

- Executing and coordinating planned maintenance tasks while providing frontline support for break-fix issues.

- Contributing to the delivery of maintenance services in alignment with agreed processes and procedures.

- Participating in the on-call roster to provide break-fix support for all operational facilities.

Requirements

From a technical perspective you will have experience with:

- Certificate III in Electrotechnology Communications or equivalent telecommunications qualification





- Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting telecommunications equipment in an operational workplace

- Project close out (SAP etc);

- Solid understanding of maintenance systems and processes, ideally SAP PM and ServiceNow
